Quality

Lavergne Group prides itself on its commitment to quality. With recycled material continually feeding our manufacturing processes, we are challenged by our customers’ concerns with contamination. The company founder developed a proprietary cleaning process that decontaminates the PET bottle feedstock so well, that the film produced from it has FDA approval. Rest assured that our engineered polyester compounds are the highest quality available for injection molding as well as other applications.

Successful creation of prime resin substitutes is achieved by using controlled sources of post consumer collected resins. Other feedstreams of recycled material are vigilantly/dutifully inspected upon arrival at our facility. We have stringent quality standards in place with our suppliers and incoming inspection is performed on every lot that comes into our plant.

Our exclusive process technology delivers consistent resin from beginning to end. We implemented a predictive quality manufacturing system, where our processes are designed in a manner which accurately predicts quality before production ever begins. World class quality control systems (TS16949 and ISO17025) have also been implemented and are followed throughout the entire manufacturing process. We produce high-quality compounds to meet a variety of needs within the plastic industry. Our customers insist on products that are technically superior and cost efficient. We rely on our proprietary process and the use of high-quality raw materials to meet these needs.

Lavergne Group has achieved the following:

- ISO/IEC-17025 accreditation (Testing Laboratory) for specific tests according to the scope of accreditation

- ISO/TS-16949 Certification
The ISO/TS-16949 certification aligns existing American, German, French and Italian automotive quality system standards within the global automotive industry. It specifies the quality requirements for the design/development, production, installation and servicing of automotive-related products. It has been accepted as an equivalent to QS-9000, VDA6.1, AVSQ and EAQF certifications. Accordingly, ISO/TS-16949 is expected to eliminate the need for multiple certifications

Our aim is to satisfy

  • We’re driven by innovation.
