Global Operations

The Lavergne Group initially established its presence in the beautiful North American city of Montreal, Canada.   Adding to the hubbub of the already busy industrial sector of the city, the plant houses one single, and two twin-screw extrusion lines.  Each twin line features seven highly accurate feeders for delivery of additives during compounding; two intensive oil-injection mixers, one with a 3000 L capacity and the other with 1500 L; one 40,000 lb blender; one strand pelletizer; a large warehouse; a full service lab; and a host of the latest, highest quality, testing equipment.  This plant can produce 30,000 tons of material annually.

In 2010, Lavergne Group lept across the globe and built a new, state-of-the art plant in Quang Nam, Vietnam.   The plant features one twin-screw; two high-speed intensive mixers; one strand pelletizer; one underwater pelletizer; two warehouses; and a full service lab.  We can produce 15,000 tons of thermoplastic annually to service the Asian and Eastern European markets.

Between the two locations, Lavergne Group has the capability to produce 45,000 tons of thermoplastic resins a year.  Our global presence allows us to service our customers efficiently and effectively.
