For example, HP has always been successful in the design and manufacture of office equipment solutions. In addition, they are a leader on the environmental front offering one of the easiest free recycling programs of used printer toner and ink cartridges in the industry.  But rather than going into landfills, HP return used cartridges to the Lavergne Group, which designed a closed-loop recycling process for HP.  “Closed loop” means the cartridges are processed into new Original HP cartridges as well as other product lines such as the plastic parts used in the automotive and electronic industries as well as furniture  and appliances.

Our Level Three Program assists customers with reintroducing waste streams and end-of-life products to their manufacturing process in order to ultimately appeal to consumer environmental and social sensibilities.  Working with some of the world’s largest OEMs to develop environmentally friendly opportunities and implement related processes into their business, we evaluate existing processes and assist our clients in optimizing their performance.  We partner with our customers to effectively plan and design end-of-life use into their products at the lowest possible cost.
